Strength focus w/ % based weight training.
This class is great for acrobats in Asheville looking to build their strength in order to get ready for… Pitch Catch Circus or for Asheville acrobats looking to supplement with other styles of movement and exercise in order to aid in unleveling or in feeling more confident in their acro practice.
This class is also great for non-acro folks. People who are looking to build strength because they like feeling strong and/or folks looking to improve their strength for functional fitness goals in general.
This class is also great for folks looking to gain understanding of different exercises that maybe they have never tried before. Or for folks who are more motivated in group spaces with a coach programming and helping them push past their mental limits.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - GROUP CLASS
10:30am - 12:15pm
DETAILS:
Saturday group class begins with a balanced warm up. Then moves into a portion of time spent focused on fundamental lifting techniques (Olympic lifting). Which will prep you for a short targeted strength session, focusing on one or two lifts ranging in weight depending on your personal experience and goals. Then we will finish up with a high intensity circuit training session.
Classes are geared towards creating community while creating a focused, relaxed yet high energy, & supportive atmosphere.
